Equipment Design/Build

Stone Plastics is able to offer our customers value by reducing overall project costs.  This is done by completing all of our automation and secondary equipment design and build in-house. From end of arm tooling to fully automated work cells, our team has the expertise to manufacture high quality equipment without the expense that comes with having to utilize an outside source.  Please use the link below to see examples of past projects.

Metrology Services

Our in-house metrology services is a valuable asset to the Stone Plastics Launch and Production teams.  We have coupled our CMM capabilities with the addition of an ATOS Blue Light touch less scanner to provide accurate part and mold measurements.  We utilize these in-house services to provide quick turn-around on part analysis, including DOE’s, root cause analysis and PPAP requirements.

Tool PM and Repair

Our state of the art tool room allows us to quickly turn around tool PM’s and repair work. Keeping this work in-house saves time and money and contributes to our ability to deliver quality parts on time.
