At Stone Plastics we take your part designs and turn them into a reality. Our experienced engineering and program management teams come along side our customers at the concept stage to help with design feasibility and follow thru with management of the entire process from tool build management thru the successful launch and PPAP of your product. Our roots are in scientific molding with presses ranging from 5 to 500 ton with the ability to do traditional injection molding, 2-shot molding, and insert molding. To best serve our customers, we also provide secondary processes of Pad Printing, Sonic Welding and Assembly services. Molding

Stone Plastics has 75 presses ranging in size from 5 to 500 tons that allow us to mold a wide variety of part types and sizes.  We offer custom injection molding, 2-shot molding (rotational and robot transfer) and Insert Molding.  We specialize in molding engineering grade thermoplastic resins and can help you identify the proper resin to meet your design and application needs.

We are here to help you along every step of the manufacturing process.  Our Program Management team will help to ensure that you have a single point of contact to manage your project from start to finish.  Our Tooling Engineering team will ensure the successful management of the mold design and build process and our Manufacturing Engineering team will provide support for any secondary equipment integration requirements.

Value Added

Stone Plastics offers secondary processes such as pad printing, sonic welding and light assembly. By offering these services under one roof we can help eliminate unnecessary costs incurred when multiple suppliers are involved in the process. Stone Plastics also offers add value to your part by offering complete tool management, tool PM and repair, secondary equipment design/build, and full CMM services include ATOS Bluelight scanning capabilities.
